When you are done setting up, click Start Search for the program to begin processing. Once in the Similarity Settings, you can include extensions and exclude folders as well. At the same time, you can opt for Exact Match, Similar Match and change the Similarity Settings (Similar match mode only) to suit your needs and preferences.
Simply click the Add Path button for the program to find duplicate photos in a particular location. Once you launch it, you will come across an interface that is very easy to use.

PictureEcho is a dedicated Windows software to help delete duplicate & similar PhotoSweeper photos. For auto-mark, you can access the settings and change the pre-set preferences. You can either manually mark them or choose all via auto-mark. Upon clicking the Start button to allow the program to begin comparing, PhotoSweeper will ask you to mark the photos for removal.
The user can choose between basic and advanced settings under each Compare mode to find the right duplicates. PhotoSweeper also allows its users to compare and detect duplicate files, series of shots and similar photos. Once the program has identified duplicate photos, you can sort and display them in a number of different ways by clicking on the Sort By menu and organizing them based on file size, date, date added, dimensions etc. You can simply drag and drop the photos on PhotoSweeper’s main interface but when it comes to speeding up the process of finding duplicates, you can access the settings and locate duplicate photos based on several factors such as keywords, file size, referenced, project name, image height etc. Once you’ve launched the program after downloading and installation, you will come across a welcome screen asking you to choose between 3 modes: Single List Mode, Side to Side Mode, and Restore Last Session. It is a slightly tricky program to get used to if you are using it for the first time.
